If I had known this I might not have purchased the 95 I have showing up today. Does Hatsan do the same thing as Crosman? The same gun different stock thing? In other words is the 95 the same gun as the Edge?

The 95 is in their higher end line with higher FPE and the Quattro two stage trigger as well as the SAS recoil dampening system.
What kind of wood is this?

For christmas, decided to get myself the Edge Vortex .22 which after the sale price and another 10% off coupon I had I ended up getting the rifle for $80, then did the same thing and dressed it up in another Striker stock. My Spector and Edge all dressed up...only real difference is the muzzle breaks and I soft bedded both when I did the swap.

No SAS or Quattro trigger on the EDGE, Striker, etc.
