Anyone tried one of these yet? Just noticed one in Walmart yesterday.
Those 760's are at Cabela's for $44 and change (can't remember if it was. 99 or .95)
You guys talking about this one?: http://www.crosman.com/airguns/rifles/pump/760B-2014I just seen this (while debating between the crosman 2100 and daisy 901) and was about to ask about it. But if no rifling in barrel, then that not worthy. Really wish Crosman would be as serious about their pumpers as they are about their Nitro Piston shotguns.
Thanks for the info. I don't know much about the differences between different models of multipumps. For the past week I've been looking for a lightweight, cheapish .177 pump rifle. Was down between the 901 and 2100. I was pretty much leaning towards the 901. With the better stock (imo), easier pumping, easier loading, lighter weight, and more power it was a no brainer. The only thing I was wondering if daisy sold parts when warranty is up. I called them and the nice lady emailed me a parts diagram. I was sold. I actually just got it in the mail today and shot about 20 through it and cleaned the barrel. Just getting a feel for it, not really checking accuracy. Very pleased with it. Love how lightweight it is (even put a small lightweight Tasco 3-7x scope on it). It is lightweight but feels good and solid built (for a $65 rifle). Was really surprised by the power of it, it hits with authority, and sounds great doing it. No mechanical twang from the reciever, just the sound coming from the end of the muzzle. Hard to describe. I'll try to do a write up with good pictures sometime (in another gate of course), that might help someone considering it, I didn't find too many reviews on it (except e-store reviews).
