I've got a sick Mark 1, Mid 70's manufacture, needs O rings and a piercing plug. Anybody know any Guru's who work on these. Crosman website says they no longer support parts. Thanks,
Dave

Contact Tim at Mac1Airgun. He probably has repaired/modified more Mark pistols than anyone.

The website has been flaky lately, so a phone would yield the best information.

The Mark I and II are not too difficult, if you're handy you could do it yourself. Any of the Airsmiths should be able to do it for you if you want to send it out.
Bryan&Assoc, and Precision Pellet are a couple more good options.

Thanks guys,
More looking for parts info.
Anybody got old MK1 parts around? I need the piece that rests right against the cap of the CO2 cartridge when it's in the pistol grip. The needle goes through it? Part # 10-082 in the 1st catalog on gooogle?
I'd like to get this old gun shooting again, Thanks,
Dave

Thanks Mike,
Parts seem scarce, hope I luck out and look in the right place at the right time.

I had a Mk1. After a while I noticed I had lost the part which you also have lost . That darn ferrule had fallen out and I lost it somewhere. However , put the canister retainer into your freezer.Put an empty Co2 canister into the handgrip with about 1/4" of plasticine stuck to the end which gets pierced.Screw the cap on only till the threads just disappear, count to 10 then unscrew it and break the solid plasticine off the end of the Co2 cylinder. Measure the thickness of the plasticine at the end of the co2 cylinder .I seem to recall it was 7/32" thick . I machined one out of mild steel and blued it in oil.
There must be hundreds of them fall out , get lost and then the pistol is useless because its needed to give the dimension to the end of the cylinder to apply crush to the tiny wee 'O' ring down in the guts of the screw in end cap.
As for the 'O'rings , I got ordinary nitrile 'O'rings from an Engineers supply shop.
Take it in , let them do the measuring for you. Wont cost much .
Good luck .
