I have both, so either is fine. Flip a coin!

So which one would you get first if you could only choose one? Money's pretty tight in paradise or I'd get both. But I also want a 2400kt...ahhh what to do?
Good call George! I picked up a Vigilante from Wally World and its everything you said it was! Thanks for all your input. I really wanted something that was easy on the Co2 and after one cart I'm very pleased. I have already taken a saw to it (very minor, chopped off the cartridge cradle) and it looks like a 1399 stock will fit with some shaping;)
Good to know I have given good advice! Looking forward to seeing what you will create. BTW, this belongs on the China or Umarex forum, but I have found a very accurate, CO2 efficient gun in the Smith&Wesson M&P 45. I have already put at least 80 rounds through its first cart and it is still going. It has fixed sights but they are about dead on. I was nailing just about all the cans I had sitting on the lawn at about 5-6 yards consistently. It's about the same price as the Vigilante. Looks and feels like its PB counterpart.

I can still shoot it with the stock grips, so I'm definitely gonna take my time and get it right before I hack it up to much lolI'm thinking 30mm Red Dot due to the limited top rail or maybe a rail adapter/extension and scope. Tactical Foregrip for sure. Here's a Crosman Fantasy Vigilante mock-up PIC....

If your scope is too long and low you cannot get at the release button to reload. It needs to extend further forward. Luckily there is a narrow rail extending forward that could be modded. Plenty of depth there to drill into if needed. You could even cut off the front sight too. Maybe put a picatinny rail along the top of the barrel. Ideas, ideas....
Funny, I really thought there would be more interest in seeing something that hasn't been done before. I guess it's just you and me George lol
I'm reading, looking & waiting. Always enjoy seeing the "builds". Really creative.
