I'd bet if you do your homework you could find the correct industrial application hardware to get an airgun Ram done.
I just briefed over your link and basically would say "No". You're looking at a minimum 200lbs+ with a short stroke and end-mounting rod and seal strength. The class of gas spring you're looking at is used in dies for machining. High strength, high repeatability, high load, and has to match the stroke length with a slight pre-load. Without specifications, that page doesn't do much to help in selection. But in brief, I didn't see anything there that I personally would consider. There are some members that are currently working with other manufactured units that you may wanna search out. It would be a little better/safer than trying Mc Carr. IMHO. Check w/Supertech I think? He can direct you and help. I quit on it, and am waiting on them, as they're really hot into it. LUCKY US !!!!!!Edit: Well, while I was posting, Dave gives you a choice. There's guys who are on this topic For Sure ! Thanks Dave
