Looking good, so the side bolt action was good out the box huh?
Great job in learning the rifle, and you are 100% correct..the clip rotates before the sear is engaged. So you have to make sure that you pull the bolt all the way back., and if you don't and already loaded a pellet just remove the clip and shoot. Soon you will be use to it, and it will become automatic.

I have not had any problems bringing back the bolt on the .357 and it will get better as time goes. Everything cycles like it suppose to.

Did you get to shoot yet?I was in the dark a bit with hiw it should function at first but then with some time and guidance it not only works as should, but some nice features.
I didnt think about the adapter until after the fact, but Ive got a Sam Yang the uses the same so I was I was lucky. Im very pleased with the noise containment of the shroud.
Looking good, nice increase with the fps. I will have to shim my stock on the .35. I haven't leaned on the hammer spring yet. I'm on hold with ammo, air, job, and this miserable rainy weather. Soon as the heavens line back up right I will have an update for everyone.
Vacation or Business. This cold front is suppose hang here all week. You might want to bring rain gear. Ammo for this beast is expensive and sometimes scarce.
