I see you changed your avatar, was it something someone said?
Installed the barrel after a few tweeks to the pivot area.Did a test cock and it is nice and smooth. Even with the extra 1/8th inch of polished washers added to the piston.Once cocked? Tested the Safety and it was so smooth you could almost blow on it. Decocked and will be doing some test shooting tomorrow.
Safety is buttery smooth now compared to when it arrived.Honed, deburred, Transfer port champhered, new ARH fitted seal, buttoned piston, and a few other tweeks.
my 125 sniper does this, I took it apart and cleaned it up and still hangs up. only way to fire it is to smack down on the trigger with the screw driver handle.hate this gun so much

Just cleaning the trigger does not fix the hang. There's areas that you need to look at and probably deburr and lube properly. If you hate it? Put it up for sale. I'm a sucker for a good deal on a Hatsan!
There is 2 parts on the Safety that I find burrs on.It's the 2 pieces attached by a small spring that usually falls off when you remove the trigger group.File the area down and polish it then apply a good molly. Also check the top parts for any snug fit and file sand to get a nice movement.Apply good molly lube and enjoy. If your letting it sit in a closet and it is Wire Spring powered?I'll buy it if the price is agreeable to both of us.If you want it worked over? I'm open to doing it for cost of parts and shipping only.I'm not a Pro so I don't charge for what I do.It's a hobby to me.
Depends on the Safety. Some have a spring and ball that vanish if your not VERY carefull when you take it apart.I tend to leave those out anyway on some Hatsan guns.Watch the sides and bottoms of the safety switch itself. They tend to have to much paint and are rough to operate.I like a Safety that I can just brush my finger over to work.Slide your safety on and off before you take it apart and judge from there what you want.
I check ALL the parts of the trigger group for burrs like that. You do enuff of them? You'll see.
You learn by doing.I only learned by trying what others post works for them.I've done enuff to know what works for the Guns I mess with. This Mod 95 has no twang, no twist, and is so easy to shoot now that I wish I had the Striker up here to tune!I'm not an open sight shooter. And I don't do well off a kneeling position.I got 1" groups with a subpar pellet at 20 yards today. That is good for me but I credit a nice Gun for the most part.
