Before buying my 1st PCP I did a lot of research and decided to get a Hatsan BT65 quiet energy 25 cal for best balance of price, power & accuracy based on reviews I saw/read. I liked it so much I ended up getting 2 more Hatsans; AT44 long 22 cal and AT44 25 cal short quiet energy. I ended up getting a Sumatra 2500 22 cal because it was too good of a deal to bypass.
The more I shoot it the more I like it. I zeroed it with JSB jumbo heavies 18 gr, on medium power (980-1003 fps)but discovered I can shoot Crosman Premier Ultra Magnum domes at low power (970 fps) without the POI changing at all. So I can shoot around 40 shots on low with the CP pellets. Did some long range 80-100 yard shooting today and the CP were very consistent. I was plinking cans and bottles, but was able to hit the target with every shot after getting the right holdover.
