OOOPs.....I forgot to add the numbers. What can I say, it was a LONG DAY. Here ya go.
Hi Tom. Yes, all strings were started at 3000 psi and all ended at 1500 psi. I am just baffled at how I'm getting MORE and consistent power shots on low power. Looking forward to setting up my scope and testing for accuracy to see if there is any POI shifts from hi to low. Honestly with the numbers I'm getting I see no reason there would be.Rick

True, that had a power tune and all, but the advantages of a scope are clearly evident when you know what you are doing with the Recluse. You might have one of them unique guns, that every mfg has, that just does one thing or two, really well... and when you own enough guns, you find that one of them is in fact that "go to gun!"Much Aloha,Tom
Yep, sounds and looks right to me too.Nothing unusual between high and low when using pellets.Bigger difference in FPS is when you go to cast bullets instead of using pellets.Pellets have very LITTLE bearing surface and arent really hard for a airgun to push out of the barrel. But slugs have more friction/bearing surface so u will see the biggest difference in FPS when using the 2 power setting and 2 types of ammo (pellet vs cast slug).
