I guess I'm sort of a Hatsan guy. I don't like their springers, but their PCP's are to die for!My dream gun is a BT65 Elite that has been regulated to throw the forthcoming JSB 34gr .25 pellets at 950 fps for at least 10 shots. That would be 68 fpe for ten shots. Oh yeah!

In fact what if I did that and put the Gal action with the lever in a BT65 Stock! So a bt65 shooting 1090fps with a side lever action..Thats what I want! NEVER MIND I JUST LOOKED AT THEM TOTALLY NOT THE SAME ACTION>>>>

NEVER MIND I JUST LOOKED AT THEM TOTALLY NOT THE SAME ACTION>>>>Dude,They have the same 255cc air tube, maybe the same barrel. Here is the difference. I get 27 shots per fill on the BT. I can get up to 65 shots on the Gal. The Gal shoots flat mid 800s all the way down to 25 bar. It litterly sips air. It is extremely accurate at 30 yards like *◇*◇with over 40 shoots out of her tank, she laid 13 (one clip) into one slightly ragged hole ctc .270 ☆☆☆keep in mind that is 13 .25 pellets in that figure★★★ with an oto of .466. That is not bad, right?I have no plans to modify my Gal, lol. Why would I want to taint her with BT clunkie-ness? Let the BT be the big bully and let the Gal spread her sweetness.Be Well,Gator
Well, lefteyeshot and I are in Summerville now for this weekends Fun-Shoot.He brought out his new Hatsan Torpedo 100x in .177 cal and all I can say is...WOW!The turkish walnut stock on the Hatsan Torpedo 100x is absolutely, insanely beautiful in so many ways and feels of excellent quality!lefteyeshot found very detailed instructions from Jiml911on how to properly adjust the Quattro Trigger, followed the instructions and the trigger pull is like..."butter"! Breaks crisp and clean and the travel could not be better! He wants to share these detailed instructions with everyone and will do so asap. Keep in mind that his Torpedo 100x is brand new with no time to really have been broke-in, pretty awesome. From what I can gather thus far, all.of the other parts and components that can be touched externally feel very solid and well made. You can defininitly tell that German steel is being incorporated here!Tomorrow after I help lefteyeshot break-in his new Hatsan Torpedo 100x, I will be sure to give a detailed report! Cheers,AGW.
POSSIBLE HATSAN QUATTRO TRIGGER IMPROVEMENTS or ADJUSTEMENTS!I have heard that this is also effective with the Hatsan Quattro Trigger:The above video is only if you feel an adjustment or improvement is needed, as you may find that the trigger is just fine when you get your Hatsan.Cheers,AGW.

AGW.Yes I read about a guy who was selling screws for one version of the Quattro. I just checked my Hatsans and each one is different then the others. The Gal has 2 set allen inserts in trigger and one allen cap screw in a special little round place on the outer side of trigger guard. The AT44 (gold trigger) has 3 allen insert screws, two on top of trigger and one underneath. The 125 has two allen cap screws on trigger and a set insert under trigger. The BT-65 Elite has two set inserts on the (gold) trigger, plus the trigger is flat where it is mounted and one allen cap screw under trigger on a little raised up block about 1/4" tall. So as you can see a Quartto trigger means? I have no idea, I just see that there are at least 4 different configurations.Be Well,Gator

I personally found the trigger on OleTomCat's BT65 .25 to be excellent! Not sure what adjustments he made, but it was perfect imho. Also, after doing a few things here and there with his Hatsan Torpedo 100x, lefteyeshot was too able to get his almost exactly to where he wants it to be. He really hasn't had a lot of time to work with it yet, but from what I can gather, once he does have time and has broken it in some more, it too will be smooth and good-to-go.Guess it all comes down to the particular Quattro one ends up with and what they want from their trigger. Can only hope that they can get the Quattro exactly how they like it with what is provided by Hats an.:-) Thanks for the detailed information by the way! AGW.

AGW.Oh AGW,I did not mean that all of the different triggers were not adjustsble or that they weren't dandy triggers. I had my Gal perfect for my taste (nice and light) before it went in for warranty. I told Hatsan that even though it fired perfect for me it, it would self fire being carried on a sling with the safety on. Shot hole in kitchen ceiling. So I am guessing that I had it adjusted right on the exact edge of safe and not safe. Hatsan choose to replace the trigger. I know it is way heavy, but need to sight it in at 50 yards first ( no time right now) I could have never had time for this hobby before I retired. I hardy do now, lol.The new ( "Big Clunky" BT) trigger is set great by the factory. I actually misfired earlier when sighting it in.I am still lowering the required pressure on the 125th. Problem with that is, I dont set him on a sighting stand much and I usually just grab him and a can of pellets and fire 5-20 at a time waiting for my g.f to get off the phone or if I look at him and just think, hey why dont I go shoot you for a few minutes.( one of the benefits break barrels have over PCPs, just grab, load, aim and fire). The AT44 trigger adjust is still in progress, cause the BT and the Gal has been stealing her shooting time.Be Well,Gator
