Trying to tune the NP XL 1100 ISSUES

Doing a tune on my Benjamin with some after market parts from Air Toys. The trigger assembly will not sit properly in the Compression Chamber causing the the hole on the compression chamber and the hole from the trigger assembly not to line up so it can't be tightened. Also the threaded end cap will not tighten down for the same reason the trigger assembly ? I believe this is due to the bushing kit that fits around the gas ram all I need is 2/8 inch and the assembly will fit not certain what to do?

Do you have a spring compressor? You may have to put some pressure on the end to get everything line up the way it did before you added the bushing. I had to do that on mine.

U have to pull the spring loaded trigger sear up with a small screw driver and slide the trigger housing all the way forwards

No matter what I do the trigger will not sit in the compression chamber properly. The spring loaded shear would not move any further.

As mentioned, you most likely have the sear dropped down which is preventing the trigger group from sliding forward. The GRS bushing has nothing to do with the trigger group not going back in and does nothing for the shroud end cap either. Remove the trigger group again. Take a toothpick or something small like a jewelers screwdriver. Lift the sear as far as you can, you may need to pull the trigger back to get the sear to come up as far as possible. Start sliding the trigger group back in place while holding the sear as far upward as possible. Once I get the trigger group started, I slide the toothpick under the sear to keep it from falling down inside the chamber. Carefully wiggle and push the trigger group in place. When the stock bolt hole aligns, install the bolt. Then remove the toothpick and the sear will drop into it's slot.
Not sure about the shroud cap issue...

So what you are trying to tell me EZ is that the sear stays above the internal compression chamber and the trigger assembly guides (Housing) go inside the chamber? Now it all makes sense especially since it all lines up and is back together just like butter thanks to that info.
Do you have any suggestions on the new washers. I have the beveled side out but the barrel assembly is not going back on
Thanks
Oaks!

They are cut to fit so all I can say is add a small amount of Moly lube, make sure the old washers are removed, put them in place and try again. Carefully work the barrel assembly back into the fork, it will go. It should be snug but it should go. Try working the barrel up and down as you push it back into place.
