Thanks Gator
I was going to order a spring and piston seal for my mod. 85 but they wanted $55! No thanks, that's almost half what I paid for the rifle. Will order from JM for less and get better quality. Hatsan gets no repeat business from me. Scotty
Does anyone know if/where one could find a Hatsan stock for sale? Specifically the tactical stock, just the stock only?
I'll be REALLY impressed when I hear that Hatsan USA is offering replacement Vortex gas pistons for sale, so people can replace them themselves when these items fail. The one in my Striker was replaced under warranty, but it's now out of warranty. And I expect the ones in my 95 and 135 will fail eventually, too. I would hate to have to send the whole gun to Hatsan to have it replaced-hardly worth it when one factors in the expense of shipping both ways, and the cost of the labor...Anyway, still haven't read or heard anything anywhere indicating this is likely to happen...so I've been doing a lot of research through the archives about using aftermarket gas pistons like N-forcer and Moeller, in anticipation of this eventuality.Dennis■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇★☆☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇■□■□■□■□■□■□■Hey Dennis,I have a pre-vortex, Nitro Piston in my 125TH modded by PA. They still sell them and if you like, they install them also, I think.Mine is 10 months old and the only thing I have done to it is replace the breech seal. There was nothing wrong with it, but I asked Hatsan for a new seal as they were sending some .25 breech seals for my Galation because it was losing power. I changed it out and my FPE did increase about 3 FPE. So hey, it was not a waste.https://www.pyramydair.com/product/crosman-nitro-piston-conversion-fits-walther-falcon-hunter-talon?a=2353Good luck, Gator

"Baxter's" groups are way to close to mine.He knows how to Mod. his guns and I don't, so air strippers and LW barrels are my way of keeping up with him. It's all in good gun, err...fun. Buddy B!Be Well,Gator
Gator, thanks for posting the info on where to buy Hatsan parts. With some good up-front advice from SpiralGroove (thanks much Kirk!), I did the tune on the Mod95. It's my first air rifle. When I got to the trigger group install, the two-plate safety assembly that lives along the left side of the trigger group was...gone. Yes, GONE! I've spent two days searching, don't have a clue, and now I'm ready to buy it and get the gun working. I am going to contact Hatsan service, but if anyone out there has those parts--I am interested! Thanks again, okmiker
Am I over looking it?" I don't see replacement vortex rams!
He wants a VORTEX GAS RAM not the cross man nitro piston
