Hey Baxtor,My AT44-10 WL in .177 is substantially choked too. I have noted some flyer's while shooting, but am not positive it is causing accuracy problems.I figured all AT44's were substantially choked When I run a patch through, it is smooth until the last inch or so, then is a struggle to pull out. Sometime they pull off at the end, I then remove with small needle nose pliers Is this Normal on a AT44 ? Yes it is normal, and if you get aLW barrel it will be choke also. Infant the Hatsan barrel is a LW barrel machined by Hatsan. If you are getting some flyers, check and see what the pressure is when this happens. If it is a be gun then find a pellet that it likes the best then stick with that pellet only. Get your ES ES down, this all had to do with accuracy.
Hey Whatsquirrel,I maybe overreacting on my AT44-10WL, but I have only 20 days to figure it out.The AT44's have a long track record of being Superior guns at their price point. Don't let this recent discussion sway you.All gun models can have issues.........That being said, I have only been shooting at 12/13 yards as I live in the city. Some days I can shoot 5 shots in a row seemingly in the same hole. Other days I can get fliers. I don't have enough experience with PCP's to say at this point. Next week I shoot at 30 yards or more.My Two Cents..........
