Here is the info from Hatsan Web site. Looks like a Carbine Shrouded version is going to be available.http://www.hatsan.com.tr/pdf/pcp_air_rifles_2013.pdfalso a synthetic stock versionDT
I personally don't like the appearance of the Galatian lineup, but that's just me. I'm just waiting patiently to see if they'll come out with a semi/full auto using spent air like the FX guns. That would be a dream come true. Imagine a semi/full auto .25 cal BT65, that would be so
I personally don't like the appearance of the Galatian lineup, but that's just me. What he said... To each his own, I respect that. One of my favorite parts of thumbing through the PA catalog is looking at how many different styles of air guns there are. There are Camaro guys and there are Mustang guys and there are Charger guys. There are Harley guys and there are........................................well I won't go there.
Hi Guys,Today I bought the Galatian III Black synthetic with a thumb hole .22 Caliber. Actually I exchanged my BT65-SB Elite with it and paid the difference.Coming from the BT-65 SB Elite synthetic version, I can tell you that when I saw it on the website, i didn't like the look much. but when you hold it, it feels much easier to handle even though they are the same weight. To start with, the finishing is more respectable than the BT65. the Synthetic stock looks and feels different than the BT65. it is very well balanced in hand. The cocking is so smooth comparing to the BT65. The 14 pellets magazine fits robustly in its place, no wobbling, very firm, and it is locked by a small index ball behind it to keep it tight and in the right position. The rear sight can be easily removed or even change the position backward or forward. The air cylinder is the same at the BT65, with the only difference that they fixed the valve head getting loose by adding a nut on top of it.Today I will run it through the chrono out of the box to see what results I will get, and compare it to the BT65. which it was around 360 m/s out of the box, and the lowest I could reach was around 340 m/s.I will post some pictures later on, and will put the results of the chrono.Regards
