RWS 54 T05 Tune

I just picked up a D54. It is about 8 years old. I ran it across my crony and it was a running about 16 fpe.
So I am going to open it up and do the usually lube tune and debur the slots breech seal and piston seal.
I am wondering which aftermarket spring everyone likes for the 54 between the springs JM offers or Vorkek.
Also are there any do or donts when it comes to tuning the 54.

I would grab a Vortek 2G Kit he has stock and the price is awesome at $59 with a seal
http://vortekproducts.com/ourstore/2gTunekit?product_id=112
IF you have the extra cash the PG2 at $79
http://vortekproducts.com/ourstore/Tuning-Kits?product_id=139
get a breech seal as well incase yours is worn out

I have the PG2 in my D54 with T06
Make sure you state trigger model in order notes

Thanks Tom
I put the PG2 in my 48 T06 and saw great improvement over the stock spring. I see that JM has two tuning kits the vrt and the zrt and wondering if they might be a better fit because of the rail system in the 54 but it sounds like your happy with the vortex.
I wonder how much recoil you need for the rail system to operate correctly or does it matter.
I just had a thought, what if you smooth out the shot cycle so much that the rail system doesn't engage fully. Is that possible??

My D54 T06 right after install. I like my sled not using all the travel so it does not slam to stop at full rearward and bust scope. Fire shot after shot pull back on reciever and mine still has some travel left....if I change scope or mounts I readjust. Too loose will definately bust scopes quickly
