I have a pair of old WWII Navy binoculars that are big and heavy but I love, does anyone refurbish old binocualrs. Wolfer

Yep, Steiner, Swarovski, Bushnell and many other companies were building them. If there are markings, maybe you can identify. If not, maybe one of them can give you some direction.

Those are the good ones.
Absolutely bullet-proof.
When I was the Chief Controller of one of my many Air Force Control Towers we used those old Navy Binoculars all the time.
Controllers would drop them on the floor, kick them around and occasionally look at aircraft with them.
They never failed us.
It might be hard to find someone in the USA to re-build them for you.
Canada or Europe would be my guess for a quality repair.
But you may be able to do it yourself.
I assume the leather is torn or worn and maybe the paint is scratched.
Your local crafts shop may be able to get some leather to re-cover the binoculars and a good black paint should be easy to find.
Be careful with the lenses as they may not have any protective coating on them.
