PCP/CO2/HPA Air Gun Gates "The Darkside" / Crosman 3622 .... going against the tide ....« Last post by desertplinker on Today at 05:02:11 PM »So far I really like the Crosman 3622. Price was right. Since I am limited to shooting in my yard, and max is 25 yards, I am looking at reducing the velocity.
Different than most. First, I replaced the hammer spring with one I had for a 2240. Not sure if it was stock or not but it gave me less fps than the stock factory spring, is shooting Jumbo heavy JSB at 590 or there abouts. Bought steel breech when I purchased the 3622. At 76 years, I have done the steel breach lego stuff many times but I seem to be growing more thumbs as I age and my patience is disappearing. Cannot say I was ever that patient, but I ordered a smaller TP from Hill. I am told the stock TP is .120 so I ordered a .107 from hill that I installed yesterday, hoping for a few more shots maybe flatter shot string, hope to get out the chronograph in the next day or two. Kind of struggled a bit getting the new TP in and putting everything back together. Really don't want to tackle that job again for a while. 2

I purchased rings separately, included in the price, I have a few HAMMERS scopes, yes, they work! but they don't IMO, focus up well, or have as clear as an image as good as the LEEPERS scopes! I also hear complaints about the longevity of the HAMMERS optics, so far mine have worked, but I don't have thousands and thousands of pellets thru them either, I've had some LEEPERS scopes go bad over the years, but they have a lifetime warranty to original purchaser, I have used LEEPERS scopes for a lot of years, on my air guns, and have been very happy with them!!!!

Back Room / Re: So if you didn't do anything airgun related what did you do today?« Last post by Madd Hatter on Today at 04:45:33 PM »Well, it seems that Gracie's come back was very short lived. She's not eating anything thing except the occasional snack. I think the tumor is pressing on her gut and not letting anything pass which has to hurt.

Back Room / Re: Good morning! Are you up yet? What's your plans for today?« Last post by Sqrl Klr on Today at 04:43:05 PM »Good morning. I was awake a good part of the night. I kept waking up about every 40 minutes most of it. I went to be at 1:20 AM and went to sleep fairly quick but then was wide awake an hour later. I had a coughing spell the last about a half hour, I stayed up for a little over an hour until I was sure it was over. I haven't had a cough so I am not sure why. I probably breath in some dust yesterday? Yes toxic dust they're spraying over us which is known to be causing a lot of people to cough, develop asthma ect and is why two states are in the process of banning geoengineering. Hopefully TX will soon be another to ban it. Knowledgeable cat has weekly update videos about it here: https://www.youtube.com/@DaneWigington/videos Ordered a scat ton of items needed to maintain the car. Installed a red hog light on my 12ga shotgun which will also be good for other pests as well during the night. Need to mow part of the yard and do a lot of other things as well. Busy time of year. 6
