There has been issues with paint going into the muzzle area. Run a NYLON bore brush through it with Goo Gone and then try it after you clean the Goo Gone out with patches. If that doesn't work, try recrowning it.

Shine a flashlight down the barrel and see if there are any burrs or something.

I ran as tight patch with a paper towel and it was smouth with no tight spots or burrs.

My 392 is a current production model and shot the same as yours out of the box - 4 inches left at 10m. The factory rear sight could not be set far enough right to compensate. I tapped off that sight and installed a Williams peep sight. With the peep cranked all the way right I was able to zero consistently at 10m. I then swapped the peep sight out for an Air Venturi scope mount and added an old Tasco Bantam 2.5x shotgun scope. The gun still shoots a consistent zero at 10m. The scope is a short 7.5 inches and I was able to mount it far enough back to allow for an unimpeded regular grip over the barrel when pumping. I am very much satisfied with the gun's performance so far.
