I don't think you will be able to beat the xs46u with full tune(and gas ram if you like)in value, Mike at flying dragon has one of the best names in the industry and I'veheard nothing but good about the xs46u:http://flyingdragonairrifles.org/XISICO_XS46U.htmlJoseph
Thanks for the response guys! Im planning to use this gun for field work of up to about 50 yards is that reasonable? Im planning to get it in .177.

Have 1 gas rammed and it is a great shooting rifle! My .177 shoots CPHP 7.9's at 1060 and CPUM's 10.5 at 905 and have shot 5/8in groups at 50yds with it. Of course it shoots the JSB equivalents a little better as well.
Now I have a dilemma. Should I get the rws 34 even though its not a UL or the xs46u fully tuned with gas ram? Which would be nicer for hunting.

Which would be nicer for hunting.I think the rws d34 is going to be lighter if that is important to you...both will do it well...Here is a good deal on the synthetic d34synthetic D34 is on sale .177 is $210, .22 is $258But don't forget you are getting a gas ram, full tune, and a lifetime warranty with the xs46u.Joseph
