Not to sound sarcastic .... Myself, Bob S, Lloyd S, Travis W among many other notable GTA members have been telling folks how too for years !!!Each component has been addressed many many times along with Light hammers, SSG's, transfer flow, barrel prep, Regulation & HST adjusting etc etc etc ....
Consistency, while important, is no more important than the total ES of the shot string.... It might be nice to see only 1-2 fps between consecutive shots, but if the entire string is within a 1% ES (eg. 9 fps when shooting 900) then it doesn't matter if it starts at 891 and ends at 900 (or vice versa), or if it jumps around shot to shot but stays within that 1% range.... Both will produce vertical dispersion that is so small as to become lost in your group size at 100 yards.... The same applies to a 2% ES at 50 yards....Bob
