I think this will move me up to a sharpshooter level. I'm gonna have to go back out on a calm day and try to do even better.

Matt... the video is fine and the group does qualify you for the Sharpshooter Division. If you would just put a ruler across the target as per rule # 6 and take another pic.... I'll upgrade you on the list. Thanks for understanding and good shooting.
