WHEN... you set up the benchrest,.... in the bedroom,... CLOSE ALL THE WINDOWS !Shoot down the hallway... past the living room,... through the kitchen,... out the back door.., to the targets out in the rain,... 20 yards past the back porch. They are all "backyard friendly" this way.but to stay out of trouble, it's probably best, when nobody else is home.Just sayin' let us know how well you "sell" the idea, and then maybe some others will try it. (good luck) and remember,... It's NOT an addiction. It's a PURPOSEFUL PRACTICE, for the Betterment of Man-kind, (and/or Man's-MIND).

But not all of us live where it's between 70 and 85 degrees every day. It's not too often I can leave the door open for too long with the cold, heat, rain, snow blowing around, mosquitoes...
BAAAAAAD move Larry!!!The requisite yes dear is required in these situations!!!!
Get one of these. Drill new holes so that you can set it up lower than stock height. Add side walls out of tarps. Then shoot all you want!
Sorry, I should have explained a little better. I drilled holes in the legs of mine where the spring-loaded pins go. My eaves ar about 5' 2" or so. This keeps the wind from grabbing it and doesn't allow as much rain in. Set your shooting station up under here, stry dry and shoot even in the rain.
