Is there any difference in the accuracy between the AT44 Long QE and the AT44 QE?

Hey EJB,
I have the AT44-10 long & short. If there is a difference, it's marginal.
The differences, I have seen are
:
1) Price - the
long
is $75 to $100 more.
2) Weight - the
long
is a little over 1 pound more.
3) Power - the
long
is longer by definition and shoots about 80 fps faster. With PCP's a longer barrel creates more power.
4) Air Cylinder capacity - The short is 180cc and the
long
235cc, allowing the
long
to provide more shots per fill.
IMO, overall the AT44-10->Short is slightly preferred because of weight/size. If you really want/need the extra power, get the long.
Either way, this is probably Hatsan's best all around PCP. I was able to pick up my AT44's (new) for $318 & $385 respectively from AGD (what a steal). Both have beautiful stocks
