NICE!!! It's a big improvement in the looks department-looks like the cheesy plastic front sight has been replaced with a metal one, and about time! What about the claim of a 50% decrease in noise? Does that seem about right based on earlier QE models?Dennis
Thats a good looking air rifle! Now I want one!1. I wonder what the price tag will be!
I see no need for the .25 in a springer when I can do everything I want in .22!
Since rebuilding my vortex i am getting av of 996 with 14.3 crossmans so I would say thats a real power house a true 30 fpe rifle .... Pappywith4

Pappywith4 Have I missed something since 2012? But, when the Vortex gas-rams first came-on the airgun scene. The Vortex rams were producing less FPE then their metallic counterparts.
Hey Guys,Probably don't want to hear this, but I have the 135 in 25 cal. and would have preferred the 22 cal.Too harsh of a recoil for the velocity 750 fps IMHO. If your gonna go 25 cal., buy a PCP.The Vortex gas rams do produce slightly less power than their Springer counterparts, unless you pump up the gas ram above OEM specifications (125 bar). Pappy has done that. Now, the shot cycle (cocking) is harsher, but Pappy is a big guy and is unfazed by the additional force requirements. The regular Hatsan 135 can be purchased for $219 at AGD, why spend $385 for the QE. The gas ram, QE and cheek piece surely aren't worth $160. Why pay that much more for whistles & bells?`Hatsan will charge me $79.95 plus shipping for a .22 cal barrel for my 135. Who knows ............. My Two Cents ................ Kirk
