I found a 4500 psi guppy tank for $50, paintballer going elsewhere, and spent another $52 on fittings and hose - I figured the tank gives me 1345 cc (45 ci) of air that I can hook directly to the rifle via a paintball flex line with a quick disconnect. Either the Daystate or the FX will take the same fitting as I did some modifying on the fx fill nipple. This brings the daystate up to around 200+ shots per fill and the FX about the same. Now that i have my chrony back on line I'm going to chrono some of the pellets I've been shooting and see just how fast they are.
The Daystate, for all the racket I make, is deadly accurate and it would appear I'm getting around 70 shots on a 500 cc tank. So with the addition of the guppy on a direct line that should get me enough shooting to head out to the desert in the spring and shoot dirt rats. Without lugging a scuba tank along.
Now that my allowance is nearly here I can order some pellets -

3000 psi - with a 20% + factor - so it is capable of 3600 which is the top fill for my Daystate. My wish is that there was a cheap regulator for 4500 psi down to whatever I wanted. The little tank will hold 4500 but I have no way to regulate it for filling the 3600 or 3000 psi rifles at full fill. But I know there is one out there - just got to find it.
