HI, being new here this is my first post, I have however been reading and u tubing everything I can. That being said, here is my question.
I recently purchased my first air rifle, TR77 , and recognized the issues with the stock trigger, I read over charlies site numerous times and purchased a GRT3 trigger, installed it as all written and video instructions had shown, the trigger is quite a bit better, but I don't seem to have a first stage, after cocking the gun and releasing the safety, the trigger is somewhat stiff then fires, much smoother than before but I guess I was expecting a more pronounced first pull before the second stage and firing, If this is normal then great, like I said its worlds better than before but if there is something im missing please advise,
Thx

If your trigger is stiff as you initially pull it, you probably didn't follow all of the instructions regarding clearances, especially regarding the bear trap linkage tab and fat pin. Also, you should have read the trouble shooting guide as suggested.

the trigger tension is consistent from start to stop, i don't feel any binding and am not even sure if it is an issue, also, like i said, I am new to the forum and air guns in general, I have read all the information that I have found, I'm just not sure what actually defines a hair trigger. (I have yet to shoot any type of firearm other than this air rifle) at my age i know thats unusual, but im here now
one last thing, is there a blown up diagram anywhere that anyone knows of that i can refer to?
