I recieved my "new replacement" 125 from Hatsan USA today. There is absolutely nothing good I have to say, PERIOD.
Yes, they sent me a replacement even though I voided the warranty (Although the problem was clearly and without question a severe manufacturing defect) so let's get that out of the way.

#1. I shipped the rifle back to them at my cost.

#2. I was told I would recieve a NEW replacement.

#3. I received the wrong rifle, again. Instead of a 22 cal, I was sent a 177. Worthless in a max power magnum.

#4. I recieved what appears to be someone elses returned rifle.

#5. This rifle is also of very poor quality.

#6. I did not even fully remove it from the plastic. Just enough to confirm it's garbage. It goes back, ON THEIR DIME, and I demand my money back.

Pictures tell the story. While at first I though it was shipping damage, closer inspection revealed the outer shipping box to be in good unmolested condition. The actual rifle box however, has been almost bent in half, worn and torn edges, the flaps have clearly been opened and reclosed several times, and the corners are crushed. The plastic bag was opened (previous new rifle was sealed). There are tool marks on the scope screws.
At that point, I just took pictures and tossed it back in the box and have no intention of so much as looking at it again.

If I will be pardoned for this one forum transgression, I'd like to say that Hatsan USA can kiss my@$$.

On a happier note my Mike Melick tuned XS28 showed up, and it is good, so some of the sting was lessened.

 On another note enjoy that Xisico  28, they were really nice copies.  the RWS 350 is much much nicer / just cost so much more

Thanks Mike. I agree, it's just nuts. This is not some third party dealer. This is HATSAN USA that shipped this travesty. And to add insult, it's the wrong flippin caliber. 

I shot a 350 at the SC Fun Shoot. This XS28 isn't a 350, but it sure as heck comes dang close. I'll be posting a review in awhile. I will say, I now know why Mike is so well regarded.

I would be absolutely ticked off myself!!  No excuse for that kind customer service.
I have had those kinds of issues dealing with aftermarket automotive parts many times.

After reading another Hatsan post, from someone in New Zealand, the same thng happened there, I think happened a year ago.

Then a citizen of Great Briton said "the same thing" happened there!!

Hatsan can't get it right!!!

  Paul, you have some of the worse luck. After this they should upgrade you to a gun of your choice or at least a 125 sniper. Really hate to hear how this is going. I kinda wanted a 135 in .25 cal if they ever got them in.

I know guys, I was sincerely and honestly hoping for rainbows and moonbeams, and got the Hudson river instead lol.

It gets better.

Check out the sweet bluing and finish on the barrel. (Couldn't help it, had to pull it out and inspect the rifle more closely)

That is some BS right there, Paul I feel for you.  My 125 sniper in .22 had issues not dissimilar to yours.  I didn't crack it but instead sent it back to AGD within the 30 days.  They had a new one in the mail to me within 5 working of when I sent the other one back to them.

The jury is out on this rifle for me, but AGD has been an A+ class act througout the entire process.  After seeing this post, I am now really valuing being able to deal with them rather than HatsanUSA. 

So a big vote of confidence for going with AGD amidst this inconsistent batch of air rifles.

This is just unreal. I am shocked they could send you that as a replacement. Hatsan USA is asleep at the wheel.  This really is unbelievable. Clearly nobody checked that gun before they shipped it. I cant wait to hear how they respond.

... I second the A++ for AGD. Scott has had my back with Hatsan.

They keep this up they won't survive. I wanted a 135 but not after all this bad press. I can't imagine scott will continue to carry that line much longer if this keeps up. Must cost him a ton of aggravation also. $600 PCPs I wouldn't take the chance with this company.

The PCP's seem to be in the upscale neighborhood for Hatsan, the Snipers in the nice middle class part of town, and the plain 125 are the low rent district Gene has had great luck with Hatsan PCP's, so I would feel different about them.

I might just contact Joao since I bought from him originally and see what turns up there. I've e-mailed Hatsan USA and expressed my disappointment, and also sent Blaine Manifold a message as well.

We will see.

I had a sneaky suspicion when I contacted Hatsan USA about my factory defect in my 95, nothing good would come of sending it to a new rental space in a generic industrial park. 

FWIW both of my single shot Pnuma's and Hatsan branded AT44PA seem to be fine.  These products are not "art" they are a performance assembly.  To see the correct materials there,  the obvious thought and money spent on packaging them attractively, then assembled without a thought to their longevity is absurd.

I and I'm sure many others here have worked in manufacturing before.  To claim the *FEW* precision components used in assembling an airgun cannot be at least cleaned properly is *not* going to work.  To claim a reasonable amount of training and QC isn't in the budget, well you better go back to making garden tools and iron implements you have no business claiming world class anything.

*(&^ Cummins tools *sold* B-3's for $20 that had less issue than what we are seeing here ( I bet the factory saw less than $5 a rifle).  Now there are I don't know how many container fulls of potentially self destructive Hatsan springers sitting all over the country and Hatsan USA is already starting to simply re churn product?, so much for that outlet.

HATSAN USA is nothing but a name.

I did some looking.

The rifle was shipped to me by Global Supplier Solutions.

Nothing more than a third party importer exporter.

If anyone is expecting Hatsan USA to service what they sell, forget it.

Sitting here reading these post as my mind wanders in my non reality mode.  Thinking if just the parts where shipped over seas where shipping probably would be a lot cheaper.  Where Mike Melick would assemble these rifles to be sold across the country. LOL

 Absolutley  where would xisco air rifles be if it was not  for  Mike Mellick.
