I'm with Liliesdad. I'd rather spend $300 on a second hand clone from brother Mike than pay for a factory new Chinese clone from Crosman. Besides, customer service or no customer service, chances are pretty good I will need a tune anyways. Mike gets ALL of my Chinese bbgun business. If Crosman were to return all of their production back to the USA, then I might consider purchasing their products,... But then again, I would still know that they were built by some employees that think they deserve a check for just showing up for work at the factory. The labor isn't just the single reason the market has out sourced to foreign lands. Too be honest, I do think the average factory worker in China does care about the products they manufacture. But given the quality of materials, and proper quality control guidance at the factories, what can we or are we to expect?!? Not too convinced I can say the same for the American worker in this day in age. It is sad.
But dont think I have a bad issue with Crosman, they do have excellent customer service, and I have experienced that first hand a number of times. Great people and very professional on that front. While I don't have much interest in buying from the Chinese made market, I don't have a problem what so ever helping my fellow employees when they come up to me and say "hey Thomas, I bought my kid a pellet gun, and we can't seem to get it to shoot right". I have no problem working on them, and usually don't even charge them for the time. I want them to have a great AG experience, rather than that old familiar "well let's take it back to Walmart" experience.

Even with the finest pellet rifle in the world, shooting the most accurate pellet in that particular rifle, and sighting through a perfectly-adjusted scope with the world's finest optics, it all still boils down to the person holding the rifle . . . !

not interested till it comes out in 22 caliber. i have too many 177 that dont get used as it is. as far as target shooting and plinking goes, its probably not going to outshoot my rws34,36 or my cfx without a lot of work.actually the cfx is the most accurate of the three

I'm interested to see someone buy one and compare it to their 40 to find out if there really is any "improvement".

Would have to wait awhile for the M77 to hit the market.
