Tarantula spring in Big Cat
« on: September 04, 2010, 06:47:45 PM »
This is my first tune & i hope i bought the right spring. I ordered from ARH (Maccari). After reading up on this spring i think i should of bought the E3650.Does the Tarantula spring need a custom tophat & piston button or will this spring drop right in?

Hi..The E3650 will be a better fit on the standard guides...
but the tarantula dose give more tune options..As you
can use less pre-load to get the same power out put as
the E3650...gives less stress on the spring...easyer cocking
or full pre-load for a slight power gain over standard gun...

just more tune options...with the Tarantula

Just got your email Tim... Next weekend David is coming over for a few days. He wants to do some tuning...:) If you have the time come on over and we will fix you up.. Bring your spring and old spring guide and spring guide with round block attached. I will spin you a new one to fit your spring. Also will spin you a nice top hat to go with it all...:)

Hope you can make it.  PS  bring the whole gun and we can give her a nice tune..:)

Also I hope you do not have rabies...:)  She has had her shots and am very sorry she liked you so much...:)
