just a couple of photos of tonights dinner, Jackrabbit pie, has the rear legs an backstraps of one decent size hare, pan seared then simmered in beef stock, mushrooms, beans, onions, carrots and red peppers until tender, broth thickened with a packet of rich brown gravy and cornflour, allowed to cool and then baked into a flaky pastry pie, (lol the lid shrunk for some reason) served with fresh beans, roast potato's, kumura (sweet potato) pumpkin and a cold beer.
